A tincture of wild Scottish Chaga, in a dropper dispensing bottle... The Chaga was left in alcohol for 12 months and then I put it through a water extraction, so all the beneficial compounds that are contained within Chaga are contained within this tincture.
Dosage can be varied according to your personal requirements, but I generally have 12 drops a day throughout the winter, diluted in spring water.
